Obituary for Dr. Charles Baughman ’51

Charles was a chemistry major who graduated with high honors. While at Wooster, he was a member of Eighth Section social club. He went on to earn his MA (1953) and PhD (1955) in chemistry from Case Western Reserve University and his MBA (1966) from the University of Dayton. He worked as a product planner for National Cash Register Co., an accounting manager for Central States Can Co., and as assistant controller, treasurer and secretary for B.I.A. Cordon Bleu. His interests included world travel and photography. Charles’ wife and three children, Charles ’80, Paul ’82 and Jane ’88, survive him.
