Obituary for Nancy Martin Martin '53

Nancy majored in art and belonged to the Westminster Fellowship, Trumps, Clericus, and Freshman Forum. She earned the Netta Strain Scott Prize in art and played in the Scot Band and in the Alumni Band after graduation. Nancy enjoyed music, sewing, crafts and gardening. Her husband of 51 years, Chalmers Martin ’51, and a sister, Betty Martin Brown ’46, died previously. Surviving are four children, six grandchildren, and a brother, Philip Martin ’49.
